The 55ft Azure Fly charters out of Miami in white and pale turquoise, carrying up to 13 guests with a licensed captain on every departure. The flybridge holds a shaded seating area with a clear view over the bow, the salon below runs air conditioning for the hottest part of the day, and the bow sun pads give the group a second place to spread out between swim stops.

Rates run $850 for 3 hours, $1,050 for 4 and $1,450 for 6, and every trip is a private charter. Weekday bookings get 1 extra hour on the water free. Fuel, ice, drinking water, bottled water, a cooler, the floating pool, the lily pad, the floating mat and a stewardess are all part of the rate, with Bluetooth music playing from the helm to the swim platform.

Below deck there is a cabin with a made up berth, so someone can rest or a group can change out of wet clothes without cutting the day short. A 50% deposit against a written quote holds your date, and tipping the crew 15 to 20 percent is customary at the end of the trip.
