Acceptance of these terms

By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a charter, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for everyone in your party.

Bookings and charter terms

Every booking is made for a specific vessel, date, and start time, which you choose at checkout; a charter date is required to book. Submitting a booking places a hold on that vessel, date, and time. No card details are collected when you book. Once our team confirms availability, we send you a secure payment link by text and email; nothing is charged until you open that link and pay, and your booking is locked in the moment you do. If we cannot confirm your charter, no payment is requested and the hold is released. The total shown includes the charter rate, any add-ons and gratuity you select, and, for card payments, a processing fee. Charters are limited to the stated guest capacity of each vessel.

Captain authority and safety

The captain has full and final authority over the vessel at all times. For the safety of everyone aboard, the captain may change the route, delay, shorten, relocate, or end a charter, including for weather or sea conditions. All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew. Our vessels and captains operate to recognised safety standards.

Guest conduct

We want every charter to be safe and enjoyable, so we ask that guests behave responsibly.

• Follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
• Do not bring or use illegal substances, and do not engage in unlawful activity aboard.
• Do not exceed the stated guest capacity of the vessel.
• Treat the vessel and equipment with care. You may be responsible for loss or damage caused by your party.
• Provide a valid government issued ID for the lead guest when requested.

Liability and assumption of risk

Time on the water and related activities carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for the members of your party, including any minors, who remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillsIn Yachts Miami is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property, except where caused by the proven negligence of our crew.

Payment terms

You may choose to pay in full or to reserve your date with a deposit, with the balance due before departure. Paying in full may earn the discount shown at checkout. Card payments include a processing fee, and all amounts are charged in US dollars. Cancellation and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to your charter or these terms will be handled in the courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida.
