Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry and run your charter safely.

• Contact details you submit through our forms, such as your name, email, phone number, and message.
• Booking information, including your chosen yacht, date, time, guest count, add-ons, and any special requests.
• Identity documents, such as a government issued ID, used to verify the lead guest and the cardholder before departure.
• Payment information processed through Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes, to confirm and operate your charter, to verify identity and help prevent fraud, to process payments through Stripe, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and to improve our website and service.

Cookies and sessions

We use a small number of cookies. A session cookie keeps your booking secure and remembers your progress through checkout, and a security token helps protect our forms against misuse. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure our ads and reach people interested in charters; see the third-party list below. The embedded Google map on our contact page may set Google's own cookies, as described below.

Third parties we work with

We share information only with the trusted services we need to run the site and process bookings.

• Stripe processes card payments securely on our behalf. Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy terms.
• Cloudflare provides the security and content delivery network in front of our site. It processes technical data such as your IP address and may set essential security cookies to protect the site and keep it fast.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site and may receive your IP address to deliver those fonts.
• Google Maps powers the map on our contact page. When you view that page, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy terms.
• Meta (Facebook) helps us measure our advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which process technical data such as your IP address, browser information and pages visited, and — when you submit a booking or enquiry — a hashed (unreadable) version of your contact details, used only to match conversions to ads under Meta's privacy terms. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It records anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page visits (including session replays and heatmaps) and sets its own cookies under Microsoft's privacy terms. Payment fields are handled by Stripe inside a secure frame and are never visible to Clarity.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking and enquiry records only as long as we need them for your charter, for our business records, and to meet legal and tax requirements. Identity documents are kept off the public web and used only to verify the lead guest and cardholder; you may ask us to delete them after your charter, as described under your choices and rights below. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, please contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
