About the Searay SDX 290
The Searay SDX 290 is the runabout of our Cancun lineup — a 29-foot open deck boat for up to 8 guests that keeps the whole exercise light: your captain, clear Caribbean water, and rates that stay in three figures at every window.
Four hours costs $850, six hours $950 and the full eight-hour day $1,050 — the gaps between those numbers are so small that most groups simply take the longest day they have time for. There is no cabin; one bathroom covers the essentials, and the boat's job is sun, swimming and easy miles along the coastline with the wind doing the air conditioning.
Fuel, ice, a cooler and drinking water are included in the rate. You bring the food and drinks; gratuity for the captain and Cancun's marina tax are separate and listed clearly on your quote before anything is paid. A 50% deposit reserves the boat for your date.
